分板機是PCB連片在分板的過程中，傳統均用人工手動折板，雖然時效性較快，但往往因人工手折的力道不均及折板角度位置的差異，造成PCB電氣回路及零件、錫道的破壞，那么PCB分板機常見故障有哪些？
The PCB splitter is a combination of PCBs. In the process of dividing the PCB, manual folding is traditionally used. Although the efficiency is fast, the PCB electrical circuit, parts and tin channel are damaged due to the uneven force of manual folding and the difference of folding angle and position. What are the common faults of PCB splitter?
1、如電源開關翻開后指示燈不亮：一種可能是保險絲熔段，需改換保險絲；另一種可能是緊急開關未打開。
If the indicator light is not on after the power switch is turned on: one may be the fuse section, which needs to be replaced; the other is that the emergency switch is not turned on.
2、行程不準：一種可能是行程計數器壞，需改換；另一種可能是行程計數器灰塵太多，清算灰塵即可。
Travel inaccuracy: one may be that the travel counter is broken and needs to be replaced; the other may be that the travel counter has too much dust, which can be cleared.
3、刀撞左側板：一種可能是左行程光感開關壞，需改換；另一種可能是左行程開關灰塵太多，清算灰塵即可。
Knife hit the left side plate: one may be that the left travel light sensor switch is broken and needs to be replaced; the other is that the left travel switch has too much dust, so it can be cleared.
4、刀撞右側板：一種可能是右行程光感開關壞，需改換；另一種可能是右行程開關灰塵太多，清算灰塵即可。
Knife hitting the right side plate: one may be that the right travel light sensor switch is broken and needs to be replaced; the other is that the right travel switch has too much dust, which can be cleared.
5、電機轉動，刀不轉：連軸器頂絲松動，翻開后殼，頂緊頂絲即可。
When the motor rotates and the knife does not rotate: the jacking screw of the coupling is loose, open the rear shell and tighten the jacking screw.
