鍘刀式分板機操作注意哪些？
1，作業前先確認機械是否正常。在正式的開始工作前，首先要讓機械試運轉二分鐘左右，看刀具上下運動，電路，氣路等是否順暢，一定確認OK后再開始工作。

2，嚴格按作業指導書作業，安全事故一般都是由于工作人員不規范的操作引起的，所以說使用氣動鍘刀式鋁基板/PCB/LED分板機一定要注意操作的規范性。

4，加工時要使PCB板的V槽與直刀刀口對準對齊，這樣分出來的板毛邊少，刀具的磨損量也少，效率也提高了好多。

5，作業時不能將手指或其它物品放在兩直刀中間。由于直刀的鋼材是很鋒利的，因此加工時手指或是其它雜物注意要與刀片保持一定的距離。
